Kakak lawa kat bawah ni suruh aku lose weight. Fine!. Do watch the video even though you are thin. It talks about total well-being. The need of emotional, mental, physical, nutritional, spiritual health.
I have to lose weight, 1st of all to save money; kurang makan kurang keluar duit bei makanan and beli baju. Ada byk baju dlm kotak tu boleh pakai lagi. Pastu for health purposes, knowing the diseases that run in my family, one way to avoid them is by having a healthy lifestyle myself.
I buat tajuk post How to be strong, not just to have the willpower to lose weight but also benda2 lain..i ada byk je cita2, tapi suka procrastinate...
